Return/Exchange Policy

If you wish to return/exchange an item please email: so that we may assist with your return and do so before attempting to ship any items back to us. If items are shipped beforehand, it may exempt you from receiving a refund.
In your email please state your full name, order number, whether you are wanting to return or exchange an item, and the reason. 
  1. Returned/exchanged item(s) must be shipped back and received by us within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Item(s) must be placed in their original packaging.
  3. item(s) must not be worn or washed.
  4. Items must be free of stains (including deodorant residue), odors, pet hair, rips, or it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  5. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
